At the College of Arts , University of Mosul , Asst. Professor Dr. Wasan Abdul Ghani Al- Mukhtar , head of the department of Arabic language , examined the M.A. candidate Mohammed Hassan in his thesis entitled ( Exaggeration in the Holy Quran : A Rhetorical Study )
