The dissertation in industrial management discussed the high performance work systems as effectively variable for the relationship between characteristics of the reconfigurable manufacturing system and lean manufacturing philosophy / case study in state company for industry of cars and equipment / Babylon batteries factory . the day of Thursday 12.May . 2022 .
the dean of economic and administration college attendances the discussion . the study that is presented by the student (Abdulazeez Bashar Haseeb Zakariya) a set of conclusions was reached, the most important of which diagnosed the results of the statistical analysis of structural equation modeling and the presence of a (direct) effect of significance Statistics for the reconfigurable manufacturing system in terms of its characteristics (total) in the philosophy of lean manufacturing in terms of its dimensions (total) with the presence of the (indirect) effect of the variable of high performance work systems in terms of its practices (total) . the committee of discussion consist of :
