The Department of Management Information Systems at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Wednesday 30 November 2022 , the master’s thesis tagged “The Role of Knowledge Management Infrastructure in Enhancing Organizational Readiness / A Survey Study in Asiacell Mobile Communications Company in Nineveh Governorate”

Part of it was attended by the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Qusai Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, and the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Thaer Ahmed Saadoun Al-Samman.The current study presented by the student “Muhammad Suleiman Ayoub” in the Department of Management Information Systems dealt with the role of knowledge management infrastructure in enhancing organizational readiness, as the dimensions of the knowledge management infrastructure were (organizational culture, organizational structure, information technology, shared knowledge) and the dimensions of organizational readiness (support to senior management, commitment to change, effectiveness of change).The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Amer Abdul Razzaq Abdul Mohsen, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Fouad Yousef Abdul Rahman from the University of Karbala, and Assistant Professor Dr. Safaa Idris Aboudi, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Huda Abdul Rahim Hussein
