The Department of Management Information Systems at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “Friendship in the electronic workplace and its impact on knowledge management processes: an analytical study at the University of Nineveh”.
The current study submitted by the student “Amna Ayad Ahmed Al-Taie” aims to demonstrate the impact of friendship in the electronic workplace on the proposed episodic relationship management processes defined at the University of Nineveh.

A set of conclusions were reached, the most important of which are: that friendship in the electronic workplace positively and morally and directly affects the knowledge management processes in the educational sector at the University of Nineveh, as the indirect effects of each of the variables of the personal and organizational dimension in knowledge management processes.
The discussion committee was headed by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thair Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Abdullah Mahmoud Abdullah from the University of Tikrit, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Zuhair Tawfiq, under the supervision and membership of Prof. Dr. Amer Abdul Razzaq Abdul Mohsen.
