Based on the powers vested in the head of the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority under Ministerial Order No. (321) on 3/6/2020 and its annex to Ministerial Order No. (567/1/Sh/Q) on 19/5/2022, it was decided to assign Prof. Dr. Thair Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul, according to Ministerial Order No. 3011 / H.M./A.C dated 9/11/2023, as Vice Chairman of the Committee of Deans of Administrative and Economic Sciences Disciplines for the Faculties of Administration and Economics in Iraqi Universities.
