The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the research of the Higher Specialized Diploma in Business Administration tagged “Diagnosing the factors affecting the behaviors of knowledge hoarding: an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of faculty members at the University of Mosul”.

The current study… Which was submitted by the student “Nisreen Mahmoud Ibrahim” in the Department of Business Administration to: Diagnosis of the factors that affect the hoarding of knowledge and its representation by the following factors: the dynamics of power and authority, lack of trust, job security, competition, ostracism in the workplace, bullying behavior, culture of participation, incentives) among faculty members at the University of Mosul by answering questions (What are the factors affecting the behavior of hoarding knowledge for faculty in the faculties of the University of Mosul

The study reached the most important conclusions: The results of the confirmatory factor analysis confirmed that the measurement model for this study was in conformity with the standards of quality of conformity required after conducting a re-test for this model, which confirmed the possibility of adopting indicators for measuring the factors affecting the hoarding of knowledge at the University of Mosul after a questionnaire of the opinions of its teaching staff as indicators that enhance the ability to diagnose the factors affecting the hoarding of knowledge at the University of Mosul through the teaching staff of this university.

The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Iman Bashir Mohamed, and the membership of the teacher, Dr. Mareb Hazem Abdul Razzaq, and the membership and supervision of the teacher, Dr. Ihab Fakhri Youssef.
