The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the doctoral thesis tagged “The impact of knowledge sharing on human resource development: the modified role of soft skills: a comparative study of the opinions of the teaching staff in some Iraqi public and private universities”.

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.

The current study targeted … Which was submitted by the student “Bashar Ghanem Hussein Ali” in the Department of Business Administration to: A statement of the modified role of soft skills for faculty members and its impact on modifying the relationship between knowledge sharing and human resource development in some Iraqi public and private universities.

The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: There is an effect of knowledge sharing (KS) and its factors in human resource development (HRD) in the researched universities, and after the introduction of the modified variable soft skills completely to modify the relationship, the effect became stronger, that is, soft skills modified the impact positively and directly between (KS) (HRD) in public universities.

The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Samah Muayad Mahmoud from Al-Mustansiriya University, and with the membership of Prof. Dr. Wameed Abdul Zahra Khudair from the University of Basra, Assistant Professor Dr. Iman Bashir Muhammad, Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Abdul Mawgoud Al-Ani, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hussein Al-Jarjari, and the membership and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Maysoon Abdullah Ahmed.
