The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the research of the Higher Diploma in Industrial Management tagged “The contribution of technological capabilities in enhancing the adoption of wide recommendation entrances / an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of workers in the National Company for Home Furniture Industry – Mosul”

The current study sought … Which was submitted by the student “Weam Thaer Arhil” in the Department of Industrial Management to: Determining whether the technological capabilities in terms of their dimensions (research and development capabilities, production capabilities, creation and innovation capabilities, relationship capabilities) contributed to enhancing the adoption of broad recommendation entrances (cooperative entrance, transparent entrance, cosmetic entrance, adaptive approach) within an exploratory study that included the opinions of a sample of workers in the National Company for Home Furniture Industry – Mosul.

The research reached a set of conclusions, most notably: the existence of correlation and influence relationships moral and positive between each dimension of technological capabilities and broad recommendation in general, and this explains that the entrances to the broad recommendation derive the elements of adoption and improvement of the achievement and improvement of the company under research.

The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Raad Adnan Raouf and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Abdul Aziz Bashar Haseeb and the membership and supervision of the teacher Dr. Islam Youssef Sheet.
