Under the guidance of the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, a meeting was held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, chaired by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, with the rapporteurs of the scientific departments of the morning and evening studies.

The meeting focused on the necessary preparations and preparations for the end of the first semester exams for the academic year 2024-2025, in line with the university calendar. The discussions included preparing exam schedules and organizing classrooms to ensure an appropriate educational environment, in addition to preparing the requirements for the success of the educational process. The preparation of observation schedules to ensure the smooth conduct of exams was also discussed.

The meeting came within the framework of the college’s keenness to achieve the highest levels of academic organization and ensure the quality of educational performance.
