The Strategic Mindset of the Leader and Its Role in Reducing Strategic Rigidity – A Master’s Thesis in the Department of Business Administration, College of Administration and Economics / University of Mosul
The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Tuesday, (September 9, 2025), in Discussion Hall No. (2), the master’s thesis titled:
“The Contribution of the Leader’s Strategic Mindset in Reducing Strategic Rigidity: An Analytical Study of the Opinions of Managers in the Nineveh Municipalities Directorate”,
submitted by the student Baraa Sadeer Aboud Al-Mahrouq.
The thesis aimed to reveal the role of the leader’s strategic mindset in reducing strategic rigidity in the Nineveh Municipalities Directorate. The results indicated an inverse relationship between the strategic mindset and strategic rigidity, confirming that adopting a strategic mindset by the leader contributes to overcoming manifestations of rigidity and supporting the path of institutional development.
