The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, Discusses a Master’s Thesis on Organizational Hardiness and Its Role in Enhancing Organizational Sustainability

The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, held a Master’s thesis defense on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. The thesis, entitled: “The Role of Organizational Hardiness in Enhancing Organizational Sustainability: An Exploratory Study at Al-Noor University College”
The thesis presented by the student Sawsan Noaman Ameen Al-Maadhidi in Discussion Hall No. (1).
The study aimed to develop a theoretical framework explaining the nature of the relationship between organizational hardiness and organizational sustainability. It also sought to identify the level of availability of organizational sustainability dimensions at Al-Noor University College, as one of the educational institutions striving to strengthen its ability to survive and adapt to environmental changes.
The findings revealed a significant correlation and impact relationship between organizational hardiness and organizational sustainability. This highlights the importance of adopting flexible organizational practices capable of addressing challenges and achieving long-term sustainability.
