The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul Discusses a Master’s Thesis on Organizational Resilience and Its Reflection on Sustainable Talent Management

The University of Mosul / College of Administration and Economics – Department of Business Administration witnessed, on Tuesday March 10, 2026, the defense of a master’s thesis in Discussion Hall (2). The thesis, entitled:
“Organizational Resilience and Its Reflection on Sustainable Talent Management: The Mediating Role of Leaders’ Personal Variables – An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees in the Mosul Education Directorate,”
was presented by Amira Hameed Saleh Al-Akeedi.
The study aimed to explore the nature of the relationship between the independent variable and its dimensions (organizational resilience), the mediating variable and its dimensions (leaders’ personal variables), and the dependent variable and its dimensions (sustainable talent management). The research sought to clarify how these variables interact within the organizational environment.
The most prominent findings of the study include:
The existence of a strong and statistically significant correlation among the study variables.
A significant effect of organizational resilience on sustainable talent management through the mediating role of leaders’ personal variables.
