Continuous Field Oversight by the Deanship of the College of Administration and Economics to Monitor Exams and Enhance Academic Discipline

​As part of the ongoing field inspections and its commitment to ensuring a seamless examination process, the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Mohammed Jameel, conducted an inspection tour on the morning of Monday, May 11, 2026. The tour aimed to monitor the progress of the final exams for the second semester of the 2025–2026 academic year (First Attempt) for undergraduate students (post-first year) across all scientific departments.

​The Dean was accompanied during the tour by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Salem Khalil Khalid, and the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Dr. Abdulrahman Zuhair Abdulqader, along with the heads of the Administrative Services and Follow-up Units.

​The tour included visiting examination halls, reviewing the work of the examination committees, and monitoring the electronic surveillance systems to ensure strict adherence to examination regulations and to provide a conducive environment for the students.

​In a statement to the Media and Government Communication Unit, the Dean emphasized the importance of equipping the halls with all necessary requirements. He highlighted the need for clarity in exam questions, grading schemes, and time allocation, while also ensuring the provision of drinking water and air conditioning. Furthermore, he stressed that students must strictly follow examination instructions to enhance academic discipline and prevent academic dishonesty.

​These tours are part of the continuous administrative approach adopted by the College Deanship to monitor precise field details and provide an organized examination environment that reflects the academic and administrative rigor of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul.
