Under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, the supervision of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Mohammed Jameel, and the follow-up of the Head of the Department of Industrial Management, Assistant Professor Dr. Ragheed Ibrahim Ismail, the Department of Industrial Management organized a scientific workshop on Thursday, 21 May 2026, entitled:
“Green Transformational Leadership and Total Quality Management Practices”
The workshop was held in Hall No. (2) of the Department of Management Information Systems at 12:30 p.m.
The workshop was presented by Assistant Professor Mohammed Muneeb, who highlighted the importance of integrating environmental sustainability concepts into organizational transformation strategies through the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) principles. Such practices contribute to achieving operational excellence and fostering sustainable green innovation within organizations.
The workshop was attended by a number of faculty members, researchers, and students. It concluded with extensive scientific discussions and dialogues focusing on mechanisms for employing green transformational leadership to develop contemporary work environments and keep pace with modern trends in management and quality.
