Enhancing Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation Requirements: The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul Organizes a Training Course on Specialized English Terminology

As part of its programs aimed at developing academic and administrative capabilities, the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, organized a free training course titled Core English Terminology for Quality Assurance and Accreditation” on Monday, June 8, 2026. The course was held at the Continuing Education Hall No. (1) in the College Deanship.

​The course was presented by Assistant Lecturer Nidal Karim Mohammed and Assistant Lecturer Ruaa Zuhair Hamoudi. It covered two main tracks: the concepts of academic accreditation and quality assurance, and learning outcomes along with institutional performance measurement mechanisms. The sessions aimed to enhance knowledge of the specialized terminology commonly used in the fields of quality and academic accreditation.

​The training course was attended by several faculty and staff members of the college, who actively engaged with its scientific tracks through interventions and discussions. This comes as part of the college’s ongoing efforts to establish a culture of quality assurance and develop academic skills in alignment with academic accreditation requirements and modern educational standards.
