An Invitation to the Graduates of the “Lions of Mesopotamia” Batch.. The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul Completes Its Preparations to Hold the Oath-Taking Ceremony for the Academic Year 2025–2026

Under the auspices of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Ibrahimi, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Mohammed Jamil, the College of Administration and Economics is holding the oath-taking ceremony for the students of the “Lions of Mesopotamia” batch for the academic year 2025–2026, on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at the Dr. Mahmoud Al-Jalili Hall (The Grand Theater).
The College Deanship invites all eligible graduating students to attend at 9:00 AM, noting that participation is limited only to students who passed the first attempt of their final year. Compliance with all instructions and regulations governing the ceremony will be verified before allowing students to enter the hall. Therefore, please adhere to the following instructions to ensure the proper organization of the ceremony:
• Attendance inside the hall is limited to the graduating students only, and please do not bring family members or any companions.
• Commitment to the unified uniform of the ceremony, which is a graduation gown according to the colors and specifications shown in the picture attached to this announcement, with full adherence to its specifications and without making any additions or writings on it; otherwise, participation in the ceremony will not be permitted.
• Taking personal photos (selfies) during the oath-taking is prohibited, as the oath will be taken collectively according to the program prepared for this occasion.
The ceremony’s program includes a number of celebratory segments that immortalize this academic occasion, in addition to honoring the top students ranked first in their scientific departments for both morning and evening studies, by granting them letters of thanks and appreciation in recognition of their academic excellence and distinction.
The number of students eligible to participate in the oath-taking ceremony is 876 male and female graduates, comprising 650 from morning studies and 226 from evening studies.
