The Department of Marketing Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, Discusses Master’s Thesis on the Contribution of Virtual Marketing to Enhancing Digital Consumer Behavior

The Department of Marketing Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Thursday, August 27, 2026, a master’s thesis entitled “The Contribution of Virtual Marketing to Enhancing Digital Consumer Behavior in the Commercial Sector,” presented by student Amna Zaydun Abdullah Al-Jalili, in Discussion Hall No. (2).

​The study aimed to highlight the importance of virtual marketing in supporting marketing practices within clothing stores, and to clarify its impact on enhancing digital consumer behavior, as well as providing scientific and applied recommendations that could benefit the researched stores and researchers in the field of digital marketing based on the findings reached by the study.

​The results of the study revealed a positive correlation between virtual marketing and digital consumer behavior, confirming that the development of virtual marketing practices coincides with an improvement in the level of consumers’ digital behavior. The results also showed that virtual marketing effectively contributes to explaining the changes that occur in digital consumer behavior, with variations in the level of impact among its dimensions, reflecting the differing explanatory power of each dimension in shaping digital consumer behavior.
