The Department of Business Administration at Mosul University’s College of Administration and Economics Discusses Master’s Thesis on the Impact of Digital Leadership on Organizational Agility

The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed a master’s thesis entitled “The Impact of Digital Leadership on Organizational Agility: A Survey Study at the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh,” presented by student Muthanna Rustum Ahmad Fathi Al-Hayali, on Monday, September 7, 2026, in Examination Hall No. 2.

​The study aimed to assess the availability of dimensions for both digital leadership and organizational agility within the surveyed organization, as well as to offer a set of recommendations to the organization’s leaders based on the study’s findings, thereby contributing to the enhancement of administrative practices and the improvement of organizational performance.

​The study reached several conclusions, most notably that the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh possesses an advanced digital model, which was reflected in the presence of digital dimensions explaining digital leadership. Furthermore, the results demonstrated a statistically significant impact of digital leadership on organizational agility, confirming that digital systems do not operate as isolated technical tools, but rather represent an integrated management system that enhances organizational flexibility and responsiveness to changes.
