Under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Muhammad Jamil, the college’s Scientific Promotions Unit held an academic workshop titled “Substantive and Procedural Aspects of Scientific Promotion Instructions No. 10 of 2025” on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, in Discussion Hall No. (2) at 12:00 PM.

​The workshop was presented by Professor Dr. Ziyad Hashim Yahya, who reviewed the key scientific and procedural content regulating academic promotion paths. The session aimed to clarify requirements and promote adherence to approved standards for evaluating scholarly output and completing promotion procedures.

​The event was attended by the Dean of the College and the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Salem Khalil Khalid, alongside several faculty members and students, reflecting the college’s commitment to raising awareness of academic regulations and reinforcing a culture of rigor and quality in academic endeavors.
