Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Muhammad Jamil, Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul, participated as part of a high-level academic delegation led by the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, on an official visit to Soran University in Erbil Governorate, aiming to expand scientific and academic cooperation between the two institutions.

​The visit featured the signing of joint cooperation agreements spanning scientific research, the exchange of academic expertise, the development of academic programs, and the strengthening of collaboration between corresponding faculties and disciplines to support the quality of education and research.

​The Dean also took part in an academic tour of Soran University’s facilities alongside the delegation, exploring its scientific and educational environment and identifying broader opportunities for institutional and research collaboration between both sides.
