The Educational Guidance and Orientation Committee in the Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul held on Monday, November 2, 2026, a panel discussion titled “Cyber Extortion: Awareness, Prevention, and Proper Action” in Hall (3211) at 11:00 AM.

​The session was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Raghad Mohammed Yahya, addressing the primary dangers of cyber extortion, methods of prevention and protection, the importance of maintaining digital privacy, and the mechanisms for taking proper action and seeking assistance from competent authorities when facing any online threat.

​The session was attended by a number of students, while the preparatory committee included Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Thabit Al-Khashab, Assistant Professor Dr. Kubra Mohammed Taher, Assistant Lecturer Maryam Mon’im Al-Halawachi, as part of efforts to enhance digital awareness and foster safe and responsible behavior in the use of modern technologies.
