A master’s thesis in accounting discipline with title “Evaluation of internal control procedures for the self-rehabilitation of governments units affected by war actions according to the principals of public sector governance- a study in a sample of governments units in Nineveh” has been discussed on 8th of May, 2022.

The thesis submitted by Omar Kamal El-Din Mustafa, a master student in accounting department.
The Dean, Prof. Dr. Thaer Ahmed Saadoun Al-Samman, and the Assoticate Deans: Prof. Dr. Alla Abdel Salam Al-hamdani attended part of the discussion session.
The study provided some interesting recommendations including the necessity of paying more attention to the internal control to keep pace with the developments that are taking in place in the developed countries.
The panel members were: Prof. Dr. Luqman Muhammed Ayoub Al-Dabbagh (the chair panel), Assistant Prof. Dr. Fayhaa Abdul-Khaliq Yahya, Assistant Prof. Dr. Safwan Quasy Abdul-Halim (from Baghdad university), and the Assistant Prof. Dr. Kubra Muhammad Taher Hamoudi.
