The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics/ University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis entitled “The flexibility of human resources and its role in reducing the phenomenon of job bullying: an exploratory study of a sample of health centers in the city of Mosul ” .

Part of discussion was attended by the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Munir Salem Taha, and the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Thaer Ahmed Saadoun Al-Samman. This study, submitted by the student “Wassan Faisal Fadhil Khalil” and it seeks to identify the role of human resources resilience in its four dimensions (flexibility of practices, flexibility of skill, flexibility of behavior, psychological flexibility), as an independent variable, in reducing the phenomenon of job bullying as a dependent variable represented by dimensions (social undermining, constant criticism, unjustified pressure and excessive control). The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Nawal Younis Mohammed Al-Murad from the Northern Technical University, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Thabit Jassim and Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hussein Hassan Al-Jarjari, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Maysoon Abdullah Ahmed.
