Master’s thesis in the Department of Banking and Financial Sciences discusses “Extreme risks and their impact on the indicators of the Iraq Stock Exchange”.
The Department of Banking and Financial Sciences at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Monday 28 November 2022, the master’s thesis tagged “Extreme risks and their impact on the indicators of the Iraqi Stock Exchange”.
The current study presented by the student “Khudair Ahmed Hamid Khudair” sought to diagnose the nature of this effect and measure its value and trend in the long and short term, targeting the Iraq Stock Exchange as a study sample for the period from January 2020 to June 2022, in order to take measures to reduce its negative effects, and to reveal information that may benefit countries, companies, investors and those interested in predicting what future stock returns will be in the event of similar risks or recurrence.The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Doaa Noman Al-Husseini, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Mayada Salah Al-Din Taj Al-Din and Assistant Professor Dr. Samir Abdul Sahib Yara from the University of Baghdad, under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Namir Amir Al-Sayegh.
