The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The Role of Behavioral Integration of the Senior Management Team in Enhancing High Performance: An Exploratory Study of a Number of Public Universities in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq”
The discussion was honored by the presence of the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Qusai Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Thair Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.

The current study presented by the student “Siamand Shaker Saeed” in the Department of Business Administration seeks to identify the role of behavioral integration of the senior management team (independent variable) in terms of its dimensions (cooperative behavior in the team, information exchange and sharing in decision-making) in enhancing high performance (the approved variable) in terms of its dimensions (quality of management, openness and effective orientation, long-term commitment, continuous improvement, and quality of human resources), among a sample of managers in a number of public universities in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
The study reached conclusions, most notably: the existence of a positive statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of behavioral integration of the senior management team and high performance,
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Amer Abdul Razzaq Abdul Mohsen, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Kamal Kazem Taher Al-Husseini from Al-Muthanna University, and Assistant Professor Dr. Safaa Idris Aboudi, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Raghad Muhammad Yahya.
