The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The Role of Knowledge Management Operations in Enhancing the Foundations of Lean Manufacturing / An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of Employees in Krongi Company for Soft Drinks, Healthy Water, Juices, Dairy and Energy Drinks Ltd.”

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thair Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.
The current study presented by the student “Abdel Salam Saed Ayoub” in the Department of Industrial Management seeks to know the role of knowledge management processes in its dimensions (knowledge creation, knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing, and knowledge application) in enhancing the pillars of agile manufacturing represented in its dimensions (work site organization, comprehensive productive maintenance, continuous improvement, preparation time and rapid change, production on time, and cellular manufacturing).
The study reached conclusions, most notably: the existence of a correlation and moral impact and at the macro and micro levels of knowledge management processes in the foundations of agile manufacturing.
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Amer Abdul Razzaq Al-Nasser, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Nusrat Abdul Rahim Maddah from Al-Kitab University and Assistant Professor Dr. Ragheed Ibrahim Ismail, under the supervision and membership of Prof. Dr. Ali Abdul Sattar Al-Hafez.
