The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged E-marketing: an introduction to enhance marketing orientation: an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of employees in Zain Iraq Telecommunications Company in Duhok Governorate.Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thair Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.
The current study presented by the student “Saleh Owaid Shabib” in the Department of Business Administration aimed to know the nature of the conceptual initiatives of the variables and enhance the role of marketing orientation in e-marketing, and to identify the extent of awareness of the dimensions of e-marketing and marketing orientation in the researched organization.
The study concluded several conclusions, the most important of which are: There is a strong high moral correlation between the variables of e-marketing marketing orientation at the macro and micro levels, and the strongest correlation between privacy, security and accessibility in the marketing orientation and this indicates the importance of confidentiality and ease of communication for the organization in promoting marketing orientation.
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdel Salam Yahya Al-Hamdani, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Dergham Ali Muslim from the Middle Euphrates University, Administrative Technical College / Kufa, and Assistant Professor Dr. Safwan Yassin Hassan, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Laila Jarallah Khalil.
