The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “Sustainable leadership and its role in promoting green strategy operations: an exploratory study: the opinions of managers in the Mosul Municipality Directorate”.
The current study presented by the student “Ahmed Sobhi Ahmed” in the Department of Business Administration aimed to reveal the role of sustainable leadership in its dimensions represented in (leadership context, individual characteristics of the leader, leadership procedures) and its role in enhancing the operations of the green strategy in its dimensions represented in (green strategy at the strategic level, green strategy at the functional level, green strategy at the operational level).

The study reached conclusions, most notably: that there are two correlations and a positive and significant impact of sustainable leadership (combined and separately) in promoting the operations of the green strategy.
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Hashem Fawzi Dabbas Al-Abadi from the University of Kufa, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Younis Al-Sabawi, and the teacher Dr. Ayman Jassim Muhammad, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Iman Bashir Muhammad.
