A master’s thesis in the Department of Business Administration discusses the role of knowledge building in reducing risk factors for human engineering: a field study in the Northern Cement Assistant / Badoush Cement Factory.
The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Monday, December 19, 2022, the master’s thesis tagged “The Role of Knowledge Building in Reducing Risk Factors for Human Engineering: A Field Study in the Northern Cement Assistance / Badoush Cement Factory”.
The current study presented by the student “Saif Saad Hammadi Omar” aimed to identify strategic renewal and measure its dimensions, as strategic renewal was expressed through its dimensions (exploration, entrepreneurship, investment of opportunities, and leadership participation).The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Amer Ismail Hadid, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Manal Abdul-Jabbar Al-Sammak from the College of Tourism Sciences, and Assistant Professor Dr. Zahraa Ghazi Thanoun, under the supervision and membership of Prof. Dr. Al-Aa Haseeb Al-Jalili.
