The Department of Economics at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The risks of financing the budget deficit from public borrowing for selected countries, with reference to Iraq for the period (1995/2020), on Thursday, December 22, 2022, part of which was attended by His Excellency the Minister of Culture, Dr. Ahmed Fakak Al-Badrani, the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Qusai Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Thaer Ahmed Saadoun Al-Samman.The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Abdullah Khader Abtan, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Zahraa Ahmed Al-Nuaimi, and Assistant Professor Dr. Khalaf Muhammad Hamad from the University of Tikrit, under the supervision and membership of Prof. Dr. Hashem Muhammad Al-Arkoob.
