The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “Managing the supply chain in humanitarian camps and its reflection on the quality of health services: an exploratory study in Kaberto camp in Duhok Governorate”

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaer Ahmed Saadoun Al-SammanThe current study presented by the student “Sarab Talal Aziz Mustafa” in the Department of Business Administration aimed to identify the correlation and impact between the management of the supply chain in humanitarian camps (Kaberto camp in Duhok Governorate) and the quality of health services, as the dimensions of the independent variable were the management of the supply chain (internal supply, sharing information, specifications and standards, integration with customers, time reduction) The dimensions of the dependent variable were the quality of health services represented by (reliability, response, safety, empathy, tangibility)The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Ali Abdul Sattar Al-Hafez, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Raafat Assi Hussein from the Northern Technical University / Administrative Technical College, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hani Mohamed, under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Amer Ismail Hadid.
