The Department of Marketing Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “Digital content marketing and its role in the process of making real estate purchase decisions / an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of beneficiaries at the University of Mosul”.

The current study submitted by the student “Maysam Abdullah Ghatran” in the Department of Marketing Management seeks to identify the role of digital content marketing in enhancing the real estate purchasing decision-making process, and therefore the main problem came in the following question: Does the level of severity of the response of the individuals surveyed vary according to the variables of independent and approved research? As well as how to measure relationships
Correlation and influence between the two variables?.

The study reached conclusions, most notably: The concepts of digital content marketing are one of the active topics, especially in light of the technical development, spread, and expansion, which organizations take into account when embarking on their digital promotional activities in delivering the advertising message, in an effort to attract customers by meeting their real estate needs and desires, as well as competing in the real estate market.

The discussion committee was headed by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Thair Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Mahmoud Hamed, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Diaa Al-Din Salah Al-Din from the University of Anbar, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Munther Khader Yaqoub.
