The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “Organizational readiness for change and its role in enhancing the behavioral intention to use e-learning The mediating role of personal creativity: a survey study of the opinions of a sample of teaching staff at the University of Nineveh”The current study, presented by the student “Abdul Basit Elias Ali” in the Department of Business Administration, seeks to identify the role of organizational readiness for change in enhancing the behavioral intention to use e-learning through personal creativity. For the purpose of demonstrating the relationships that will be selected in the study, the study model has been built and supported by literature that dealt with the relationship between the three variables.The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Amer Ismail Hadid, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Raghad Muhammad Yahya, and Assistant Professor Dr. Rabie Ali Zaker from Hamdaniya University, under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Younis Al-Sabawi.
