The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the research of the Higher Specialized Diploma in Business Administration tagged “Diagnosing the reality of the dimensions of organizational creativity: a case study in the Directorate of Education of Zakho”
The study was presented by the student “Khaled Aziz Mohamed” aims to diagnose the dimensions of organizational creativity in the Directorate of Education Zakho, by analyzing the opinions of employees at the headquarters of the Directorate of Education Zakho and its departments and school principals, in order to determine the availability of dimensions of organizational creativity (fluency, flexibility, sensitivity to problems and originality)The study reached the most important conclusions: the existence of a discrepancy in the level of availability of the dimensions of organizational creativity among the research sample surveyed, as well as the existence of homogeneity in the answers of the individuals surveyed.The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Thabet Jassim and the membership of each of the lecturer Dr. Ehab Fakhri Youssef and the membership and supervision of the teacher Dr. Ali Thanoon Younis.
