College of Administration and Economics

The Faculty Council met in its fourteenth session under the chairmanship of the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, and in the presence of the respected assistants of the Dean for Scientific and Administrative Affairs and the respected heads of scientific departments, and the meeting dealt with the following topics:

1- The Dean of the Faculty directed the heads of scientific departments to commit to working hours for teaching and functional cadres according to the specified time schedules with continuous follow-up by the heads of departments.

2- The Dean of the Faculty directed the heads of scientific departments to focus on adopting academic accreditation standards in order to obtain the accreditation of the scientific departments in the college.

3- The Dean of the Faculty directed the heads of scientific departments to pay attention to the issue of quality assurance and reliability and to seek to complete the files related to the requirements of academic accreditation.

In conclusion, the topics on the Council’s agenda were discussed and the necessary and appropriate decisions and recommendations were taken.
