Under the guidance of the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, a meeting was held for the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs with the rapporteurs of the scientific departments for the morning and evening studies.

Prof. Dr. Ahmed Hussein Hassan Al-Jarjari, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, met with the rapporteurs of the scientific departments and for the morning and evening studies on Thursday, 25-1-2024, the meeting dealt with the following:

1- Discussing preparations and preparation for the start of the first round exams, the first course of the first stage of the academic year 2023-2024.
2- Preparing the examination halls and distributing students according to the alphabet.
3- Providing exam supplies for students in proportion to the number of students.
