The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the research of the higher diploma tagged “Diagnosing the causes of organizational ignorance: an exploratory study in the Department of Social Security / Nineveh.

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.

The current study… Which was submitted by the student “Zainab Maher Ahmed” in the Department of Business Administration to: Diagnosis of the causes of organizational ignorance and the extent of their variation in the study population with proposals to address those causes in the research community.

The study reached the most important conclusions: The study showed some main and sub-hypotheses that were tested through the statistical program ((23 Spss).
The study used the descriptive analytical approach that is concerned with putting forward theoretical ideas and collecting, analyzing and interpreting data from the study sample.

The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Abdel Mawgoud Al-Ani, and the membership of each of the teacher, Dr. Nour Ali Abboud, and the membership and supervision of the teacher, Dr. Marib Hazem Abdul Razzaq.
