The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the doctoral thesis tagged “Organizational virtue and its contribution to addressing strategic drift, the mediating role of participatory leadership / an applied study at the Northern Technical University and its formations”.
Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.
The current study submitted by the student “Kalthoum Hamid Ramadan” in the Department of Business Administration to: Clarifying the nature of the relationship of association and influence between organizational virtue and participatory leadership in addressing strategic drift at the Northern Technical University and its formations,
The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: the existence of two correlation and impact (direct and indirect) between the three variables of the study, and included the study population (the university and its formations)
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Maan Waad Allah Al-Maadidi, and the membership of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ali Hussein from the University of Tikrit, Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Thabet Jassem, Assistant Professor Dr. Iman Bashir Mohamed, Assistant Professor Dr. Safaa Idris Aboudi, and the membership and supervision of Prof. Dr. Alaa Ahmed Hassan.
