The Faculty Council met under the chairmanship of the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, in the presence of the Dean’s assistants for scientific and administrative affairs and the heads of scientific departments, and the meeting dealt with the following topics:

1- The Dean of the College directed the heads of scientific departments to commit to working hours for teaching and functional cadres according to the specified time frames.

2- The Dean of the College directed the heads of scientific departments to follow up the teaching staff for the purpose of completing all courses and higher and primary subjects and distributing grades to students.

3- The Dean of the Faculty directed the heads of scientific departments to prepare for the final exams (second course) for postgraduate and preliminary studies and to agree to determine the appropriate time for them. As well as discussing the evaluation of the scientific and academic reality of the departments.

Finally, the Council dealt with what was stated in its agenda and took the necessary decisions and recommendations thereon.
