The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the doctoral thesis tagged “The impact of the open strategy in achieving administrative reform, the modified role of social support: a comparative analytical study in the directorates of education and health in Nineveh Governorate”.

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman and the Scientific Assistant.

The current study targeted … Which was submitted by the student “Saif Khalaf Atallah” in the Department of Business Administration to: Contribute to identifying clear and effective mechanisms for administrative reform in the Directorate of Education and the Department of Health in Nineveh Governorate, by measuring the impact of the open strategy in achieving administrative reform, and activating the modified role of social support.

The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: the need to increase the use of the open strategy by the Directorate of Education and the Department of Health in Nineveh Governorate completely, through the use of all its basic characteristics, and the need to activate the role of social support more in enhancing the role of the open strategy in achieving administrative reform, by providing a supportive environment for stakeholder participation, enhancing transparency between stakeholders and the institution, building trust between stakeholders and the institution, as well as proposing a number of future studies and research.

The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Maan Waad Allah Jarallah, and with the membership of Prof. Dr. Khamis Nasser Mohammed from the University of Anbar, Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Thabet Jassim, Assistant Professor Dr. Iman Bashir Mohammed, Assistant Professor Dr. Safaa El-Din Idris Aboudi, and the membership and supervision of Prof. Dr. Alaa Ahmed Hassan / retired.
