The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The Impact of Total Quality Management on Organizational Construction: A Case Study in the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate”.

The current study submitted by the student “Nour Ihsan Hussein” in the Department of Business Administration sought to: Demonstrate the impact of total quality management in organizational construction: a case study in the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate and present the real reality of the study variables in this organization.

The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: Organizational construction is carried out through the adoption of one of the dimensions of construction, which is official in taking measures and instructions while carrying out work, and the process of achieving response to the beneficiaries through quality training and following methods of diversification in responding to their requirements, which is one of the most important dimensions of total quality management.

The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Alaa Haseeb Abdul Hadi, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Noor Khalil Ibrahim from the University of Baghdad, and Assistant Professor Dr. Safwan Yassin Hassan, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Adel Mohamed Abdul Allah.
