The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The Proactive Behavior of Administrative Leaders and their Implications for Human Resources Management Chameleon: An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees in the Nineveh Provincial Council”.
Part of it was attended by the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Qusai Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, the Scientific Assistant Prof. Dr. Munir Salem Taha, the Administrative Assistant Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, and the assistants of the stubborn for scientific and administrative affairs.
The current study presented by the student “Mustafa Naktal Ahmed Al-Zubaidi” in the Department of Business Administration aimed to: Identify the role of proactive behavior in its four dimensions represented by (vocal behavior, individual innovation, problem prevention, taking responsibility)as an independent variable, in its implications for human resources management Chameleon as an approved variable represented by dimensions (adaptation, flexibility, control, trust) in the Nineveh Provincial Council.
The study concluded with the most important conclusions: the need for the Nineveh Provincial Council to adopt its interest in proactive behavior as one of the important topics that lead and reflect on the management of human resources Chameleon, as well as the need for the organization to adopt methods to measure performance.
The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Abdel Mawgoud Al-Ani, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Roaa Ahmed Ibrahim from the University of Tikrit and Assistant Professor Dr. Adwaa Kamal Hussein, under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Maysoon Abdullah Ahmed Al-Shalameh.
