The Department of Banking and Financial Sciences at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The impact of some indicators of financial digitization on the levels of financial inclusion – an analytical study of a sample of financial systems”.

Part of it was attended by the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mounir Salem Taha, and the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.

In the Department of Banking and Financial Sciences: Shedding light on the most prominent concepts, basics and emergence of financial digitization and financial inclusion and the extent to which it is affected by some indicators of financial digitization and trying to detangle the overlap of some convergent concepts.

The study concluded with the most important conclusions: The fifth model is quality/education, which is represented in the relationship between MPS making or receiving digital payments for those in secondary education and older than 15+, MRE making or receiving digital payments for those in primary education or less, and the BHP index borrowing for health purposes +15.

The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Marei Hassan Hamad Bani Khalid from Al-Bayt University (Jordan), Faculty of Business _ via cyberspace, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Mayada Taj Al-Din Salah Al-Din, and Assistant Professor Dr. Hala Sami Khudair, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Namir Amir Jassim.
