The Department of Economics at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the doctoral thesis tagged “The impact of macroeconomic policies on stimulating industrial exports in South and east Asian countries for the period 1985-2020”.
Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.
The current study targeted … Which was presented by the student “Ahmed Hama Mohieldin” in the Department of Economics to: the importance of sound macroeconomic policies and the outward-oriented trade and industrial system for export growth, through Asian experiences and to pay attention to these policies that give a strong impetus to exports instead of relying on one policy.
The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: that there is the impact of all macroeconomic indicators on industrial exports based on the (PanelSurs) model,Moreover, the results show that fiscal policy is more effective in these countries in the short and long term.
