The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The impact of parental leadership on organizational citizenship behavior: a survey study of the opinions of a sample of teachers in some colleges of the University of Mosul”

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman and the Administrative Assistant.

The current study presented by the student “Sinjar Raed Sinjar” in the Department of Business Administration aimed to: Crystallize a theoretical framework that includes the main and most important vocabulary of the concept of parental leadership and its dimensions, as well as the concept of organizational citizenship behavior and its dimensions, and testing the correlation and influence relationships between the main and secondary variable at the level of colleges in the field of study.

The study showed many results, the most important of which are: the existence of a significant impact relationship between parental leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, and this indicates that the awareness of individuals working in the organization surveyed for parental leadership will contribute to enhancing organizational citizenship behavior and its reflection on organizational performance within the organization.

The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Abdel Mawgoud Al-Ani, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Firas Hussein Alwan from the University of Tikrit, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ayman Jassim Mohammed, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Thabet Jassim
