The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “Project Resource Planning (ERP) and its role in enhancing strategic implementation – a field study in the Nineveh Governorate Projects Department”
Part of it was attended by Mr. Scientific Assistant.
The current study submitted by the student “Suhair Walid Abdullah” in the Department of Business Administration aimed to: Knowing the role of project resource planning in its dimensions (senior management support, process re-engineering, project management, communication, effective training) in enhancing strategic implementation in its dimensions (organizational structure, administrative systems, skills, culture and common values, staff) and represents the study community in the Nineveh Governorate Projects Department.
The study reached a number of conclusions, most notably: The existence of a significant impact of project resource planning combined in strategic implementation, which indicates that organizations that invest in project resource planning systems are more able to complete the strategic implementation process effectively.
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Maan Waad Allah Jarallah, and the membership of Prof. Dr. Alaa Haseeb Abdul Hadi Al-Jalili, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ammar Awwad Muhammad Mikhlif from the University of Tikrit, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Safwan Yassin Hassan.
