The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the doctoral thesis tagged “The contribution of health service marketing strategies in enhancing customer value: The mediating role of the reliability of health services / an analytical study of the opinions of workers in a sample of teaching hospitals in the city of Mosul”

Part of it was attended by the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Ramo Mahmoud, and the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.

The current study targeted … Which was submitted by the student “Mayada Mahdi Saleh” in the Department of Business Administration to: a statement of the aspects of marketing strategies in enhancing customer value, a statement of health organization accreditation standards issued by the Health Organizations Accreditation Council (HCAC) and indicators for measuring the health performance of hospitals in the Iraqi Ministry of Health.

The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: The researcher used a sample of the medical staff in the surveyed hospitals (Ibn Sina Teaching Hospital, Ibn Al-Atheer Educational, and Al-Khansaa Educational) of doctors (350) and laboratory assistant (250) and nurses (200) to reflect an intentional stratified sample commensurate with the directions of the current study.

The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Samir Kamel Al-Khatib from Uruk University, and with the membership of Prof. Dr. Maan Waad Allah Jarallah Al-Maadidi, Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdel Salam Yahya Al-Hamdani, Prof. Dr. Adel Zakir Al-Naama and Prof. Dr. Alaa Haseeb Al-Jalili and the membership and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Adel Muhammad Abdullah.
