The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The Effect of Spiritual Leadership Behaviors in Reducing Rudeness in the Workplace: An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees in the Directorate of Education of Nineveh”

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.

In the Department of Business Administration to: Revealing the impact of spiritual leadership behaviors in reducing rudeness in the workplace in the Nineveh Education Directorate, while the research problem of the study crystallized by the exploratory visit conducted by the researcher to the surveyed directorate, and its extrapolation and the need to identify some of the rude behaviors that individuals working in the directorate may be exposed to.

The study concluded to the most important conclusions: the availability of dimensions of spiritual leadership behaviors in the surveyed directorate, and diagnosed the existence of a positive and moral relationship between spiritual leadership behaviors and reducing rudeness in the workplace, and the study concludes with a set of proposals, the most prominent of which is the need to direct the attention of the leadership of the surveyed directorate towards the importance of studying rudeness in the workplace as a result of the different non-moderate damages caused to working individuals.

The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Thabet Jassem, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Amer Ali Hamad from the University of Tikrit, and Assistant Professor Dr. Safaa Idris Aboudi, under the supervision and membership of Prof. Dr. Maysoon Abdullah Ahmed.
