The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the research of the higher diploma tagged “Indicators for measuring administrative excellence in the people of government contracts: a comparative study in the universities of Nineveh Governorate”.

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.

The current study… Which was submitted by the student “Hassan Fadel Jassim Al-Nimrawi” in the Department of Business Administration to: Measuring the indicators of administrative excellence in the people of government contracts in some universities in Nineveh Governorate and comparing them On this basis, the problem of the study revolved around a number of questions, the most important of which is the availability of administrative excellence indicators in the universities studied? Does the existence of these indicators vary among the universities surveyed

 

The study reached conclusions, the most important of which are: the existence of significant differences in the results of the universities surveyed with regard to administrative excellence and its indicators, and the study concluded with a number of proposals, including urging working individuals and strengthening their convictions about indicators of administrative excellence, supporting work groups and studying decisions that help achieve the desired university goals.

The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Amer Ismail Hadid, and the membership of each of the teacher Dr. Mustafa Abi Saeed and the membership and supervision of the teacher Dr. Maha Mustafa Jankir.
