The Department of Marketing Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The quality of tourism services according to the standards of the British Tourism Institute and its role in attracting the customer / an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of the wearers of Hammam Al-Alil Resort in Nineveh”
Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.
The current study submitted by the student “Reem Dergham Abdel Fattah Al-Dabbagh”
In the Marketing Management Department, to: Knowing the degree of customer evaluation of the dimensions of the quality of tourism services, provided by Hammam Al-Alil Resort in Nineveh; identifying the degree of relative importance of the quality of these services; and determining the correlation and the moral impact achieved by the dimensions of the quality of tourism service in achieving customer attraction to the visitors of Hammam Al-Alil Resort in Nineveh.
The study concluded the most important conclusions: that through the field visit, it became clear that there are no parking spaces, especially for tourists or visitors, and there are no high-quality restaurants belonging to the resort or close to it, and there are no hotels and rest houses in the resort for tourists and those coming from outside the governorate.
The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Adel Muhammad Abdullah, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Bassam Munib Ali, and Assistant Professor Dr. Rafi Abdul Reda Jaber from Al-Amal University for Specialized Medical Sciences / Baghdad, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Zarzis Amir Abbas.
